Today the class has an option on the Conditioning/ Metcon element. Either Open Wod 12.1 or DC programmed WOD

A] Power Clean 5x3

CrossFit Open WOD
Amrap 7 Minutes
Burpee to 6" Target
(Must be to 6" Target, and Judged)

DC WOD
Amrap 10 Minutes
Double Unders
*Every time the rope catches perform 5 Pull Ups (Any Method)
