A] 5 Sets of the following Complex
     1 Snatch (Squat) followed by 3 Overhead Squats (unbroken)

B] 10 Min Amrap
     30 Double unders
     15 KB Swing @ 32kg / 20kg
     12 Toes to Bar/ Toes to Ring

C] Weekend Has Landed

Pear and Berry Crumble - try this one after the paleo challenge. It is paleo, but just that little bit naughty!!
