Thursday Night Barbell Club

Tonight we see the launch of our first mid-week barbell club. This is a great addition to classes as it gives the body a rest from the demanding metcon and allows us to polish up on the big lifts, cleans,snatches and jerks.
Remember there is no CrossFit Metcon class tonight at 6pm, just pure barbell. This is the next step for the fire breathers.
