Divided We Fall Workout Number 1

So the Sign has been up a week about the DWF team comp, and today is the first day. We revisit the CrossFit Open workouts from March onwards for 2 key Reasons.
1. How has your Fitness improved since then,
    and
2. Who is going to Swansea to represent Dragon.
We could of programmed other workouts, but these 6 workouts found the fittest people in Europe, so can't really compare with that.
