Well Done to everyone who went to the CF Central Manchester UK Throwdown this weekend and thanks to everyone who supported them.
DC definitely made an impression with Caryl James making it to the Final, Tess Mckenzie being recognized as the spirit of CrossFit and Coach Eddy Placing 1st in the Mens Open.
