Today we Jump High, Run Fast and Lift Heavy......a lot.

A] 5Sets
     5 Box Jumps (30"/24") then 15m Sprint
     Walk Back Recovery

B] Clean and Jerk for Time
     40 Reps @ (65/45)

C] 3 Sets
     20 Hollow Rocks
     10 OH situp
