Yay, Burpeesss



As a treat we might see a few burpee muscle ups.

A] 3x10 Power Cleans 60%- looking for speed peeps

B] 150 Burpees (YES YOU DO READ THIS CORRECTLY)

I have done this....not today, a couple of months back....and all I could think was "Andy your Evil"

Thought I was gonna be there for a good hour trying to complete this....but with the help, support, drive and competition from Nige....got through it fighting!!!

JFDI.....the buzz afta is immense!!!

First I would like to share a quote from one of the great philosophers of our time that is respected deeply.

I did burpees this morning to be honest at the time, I am pretty sure I saw a flash of light and my dead grandmother. But afterwards I felt so good it’s all worth it….
