Hard Work or Science

When thinking fitness, health and training, its always the 'recomended' by scientists which is taken as the more authentic.

No matter how much research is conducted in a lab, it is only the data and evidence 'researched' in the weight room, the track or the stopwatch which tells the truth.

Too much emphasis is put on what someone has learned, not what they have proved when people look for a good PT, S&C coach new fitness regime.

A rant it might seem, but many times when research is taken out of the lab and into the field it fails!

Physics and maths rule the real world. Work Put In= Work Out

Get out of training what you put in.

Simple.

agreed! the problem with sports/exercise research is there are so many variables that cant be controlled, so many biases that skew the information and relatively, there is so little data to use that experience and hard weights room facts are easily just as, if not more important.
