| How Many CF'rs dose it take............?? |
Hi Peeps, hope everyone has had a great holiday break. Its time to get serious!! CrossFit Programming has been completed for the next month and it has taken me some time, its going to be emotional time at Dragon CrossFit Cardiff.
Just to give you heads up with it all, new programme starts on the 3rd of Jan 2011. there is a class this week on the 30th of December and depending on numbers and peoples plans possibly the 31st.
