Try New Sports!

Some of The DC Gang at City Gymnastics
A] Front Squat 3x5

B] 3 Rounds for Time
    10 Push Ups to Plate* (20/10)
    20 Burpees to Plate** (20/10)
    400m Run

* 2 Plates used for Push Ups
Chest Starts on Floor with hands either side
Plates either side of body.
Press ups and jump hands on to plates
Step Hands of and lower down to start position

** Burpee Lands on Plate to full ext, jump or step off.
     head must be completely behind plate
