50 Air Squats
25 Push Press 50/35
50 Situps
25 Front Squat 50/35
500m  Run
25 Deadlifts 50/35 (original is 80/50)
50 Double Unders

then finish with

5 rounds of
5 Swing  24/16
5 Burpee
