Today's classes will Run as Follows
7am-Individual or Team on Request
12.30pm- Individual or Team on Request
6pm -Team Only

Each team member work up
to a 1 REP Max Squat Clean
3 Minute window

WOD 2


The Team Will Progress through this Chipper Workout completing every exercise, you can only move forward if the team member in front of you has completed the exercise. You may not overtake your team mate in order to gain position.
