A] Shoulder Press @50% Body Weight
     2 Sets of Max Reps
     Rest 2 Minutes

B] In 10 minutes perform as many rounds as possible of:-
   
    6 Power Snatch (40kg/30kg)
    9 Pull Ups
    30 Double Unders
