     Perform 1 Clean and Jerk (60/40)
     then 1 Round of
     200m Meters
     4 OH Lunges (15/10)
     8 Plate Squats
    Perform 2 Clean and Jerk
    then another round of the above.
   Increase the clean and jerk reps every round
