     3x5 (Max Height)

B] As many Pullups as Possible in 20 Minutes.
     As you come off the Bar Pick up a Plate (20kg/10kg) and do two laps (180m)

*Make sure your hands are soft, as this workout can rip your Hands

24" Box with 2 x 20KG and 3 x 15KG plates (last 5 rep set).

Red Band Pull Ups: 25/10/7/8/7/7/7, 15KG plate....I think I have bruises from that damn thing!
