And the First CFG WOD is...............................

At DC tonight we will be holding the first try out of the CrossFit Games Open WOD. This will be at 7.30pm after class and will be a run through for the real thing on Saturday. This will allow us as athletes and Judges to practice and familiarize ourselves with the movements.

But before this you must complete-

A] Work up to a 1RM Push Press

B] Amrap 10
    Ring Press Up 12
    Bent Over Row* 8 (50/30)

*Row must be pronated grip, Horizontal back and bar pulled from floor to sternum


THERE IS NO 6.30AM CLASS THIS THURSDAY
