Your New Valentine- Dragon CrossFit, Cardiff

NEWS-

Share the pain! with your loved ones this month. On Febuary the 26th we are opening our doors at Dragon CrossFit in Cardiff, to your friends, family and even pets to come and share the pain    We want to help our members explain CrossFit with a lovely workout to close the UK's winter period and kick off the spring season.


Dragon CrossFit, would like to say a big thanks to CrossFit Bath, for coming down and making the first ever Throwdown at DC a great Day. A big congratulations to Tess for being awarded the spirit of the day and being given a CF Bath T-shirt from our guests.

There will be a return journey so watch this space!!
