Gym Rule 5 - If your strong enough to lift it your strong enough to shift it

A] Pull Up/Kip Tekkers

B] 20min Amrap
     6 Deadlifts (120/80)
     12  Jumping Lunges (Static-Each Leg-Change in mid air)
     6 Burpees
     200meter run

80kg Rx'd 9 rounds, 6 dl, 6 burpees, 12 lunges, 110m. Gutted it wasn't 10 rounds...
